Every Day Action’s reallocators are a dedicated team of volunteers and independent contractors who pick up surplus food from donors across LA and deliver fresh, delicious meals to those in need. They work around the clock—day, night, and weekends—often volunteering their time entirely.

Our Film Industry Driver Program supports these reallocators by providing daily income stipends to local Production Assistants, Background Actors, and Film Industry Professionals in need. As the film production landscape in Los Angeles evolves, the number of underpaid and unsupported individuals in the entertainment industry continues to grow. This program is essential for supporting those between paid gigs who provide vital assistance to TV and film productions.

Our senior reallocators typically work more than twice a week, often saving food from 3-4 locations in a single day, alongside our dedicated volunteers and daily drivers.
